Ballyhenry’s sunflower wall! The sunflower has become a worldwide symbol of peace and solidarity. It is also the national flower of the Ukraine. Ballyhenry are showing their support to those who have been affected by the current circumstances in Ukraine. In the upcoming weeks the children will have the opportunity to plant 3 sunflowers! One flower will grow at home, one will given to some special for each child and one will remain at school. We hope to have a field of hope by the Autumn.
